BIO

from minnesota to vermont
A member of the Stratton Mountain School's T2 Elite Team, I am bringing endless energy, grit, and an ambitious spirit to my goal of international excellence.

Growing Up

I was born and raised in Plymouth, Minnesota. My parents taught my siblings and me how to ski around the time we were learning to walk. Growing up, it was something we liked to all do together- my biggest motivation was the hot chocolate and cookies I got to celebrate with after we were done. My parents kept me outside playing soccer, biking, and running around as much as possible- and I always loved the treats!

High School

I graduated from Wayzata High School where I was an active member on my high school Cross Country Running, Nordic Skiing, and Track & Field Team. I grew to be a strong leader on each of my teams and was able to help bring home two national team titles as well as an individual title. I learned what it meant to be a part of a team and how to fight for something greater than just yourself.

College

In 2014, I dug up my Midwestern roots and moved out East to attend the University of Vermont, one of the best decisions I think I have ever made. I studied Biochemistry and not only skied for UVM, but ran Cross Country and Track & Field. Over four years, I challenged myself as an athlete, student, teammate, and friend and in doing so, built memories that will last a lifetime.

Now

I have recently joined the Stratton Mountain School T2 Elite Ski Team in Southern Vermont. I have decided to forgo a traditional career and am now spending my Summer and Fall training and traveling through the country and will continue to chase international aspirations in the winter.
